The studio is located in a large, three story industrial building at the corner of Cesar Chavez and Valencia. The address "3435 Army" is painted high up on the side of the building (Cesar Chavez was once "Army Street"). The entrance to our building is behind the small print shop. The front door code for the touchpad security system is 008.
Studio 316 is on the 3rd floor.
Parking:
There are 4, 60 minute parking spaces in our lot. They are painted with GREEN stripes. Do not park in spaces with RED stripes. There is usually street parking available nearby. After 6:00pm there is no need to put money in the parking meters.
BART:
The loft is conveniently located a few minutes walk from the 24th Street Mission BART station.
Muni:
Muni bus lines 12, 14, 27, 49, 67 and the J Church streetcar
are all nearby.
