When they needed to produce a training video for new hires, they decided it should be humorous, engaging, and show both the wrong way and the right way to perform three key service jobs at the restaurant.
San Francisco, CA - The University of California Memory and Aging Center provides care for individuals with cognitive problems, conducts research on causes and cures for degenerative brain diseases, and educates health professionals, patients and their families. Dr. Julene K Johnson, PhD, is a cognitive neuroscientist and Assistant Professor of Neurology at the center. She invited Flying Moose Pictures to collaborate with her and produce video documentation to support research aimed at standardizing the diagnosis of non-Alzheimer’s dementias.
